I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist me, like helping me find a way to compress my giant squishmallow for my train journey. The location was convenient, especially for visiting the nearby bowling stadium and Reno Event Center. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with plenty of restaurants and a good layout. I also appreciated the cleanliness and the fact that they offered $10 daily credit for not opting for room cleaning. The staff at the slush stand even wished me a happy birthday!
Couldn't find any faults at all.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh when we arrived. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from popular attractions like Louis' Basque Corner and the river. We also loved the convenience of having three properties connected, especially when it was raining. The security was top-notch, and the complimentary valet parking was a nice bonus. The staff, except for one person, were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the jacuzzi tub was larger than expected, providing a luxurious experience. The bathroom and shower were also roomy and well-maintained. We loved the convenience of being right above the casino and near the entertainment options of The Row. Additionally, the hotel was in a great location for bowlers, just one block away from the National Bowling Stadium. We were also impressed with the great selection of restaurants available within the resort. the hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch, and the staff provided excellent service.
